We're bringing stories to life this week! Using the Stop Motion Studio app, makers will learn to use and apply various techniques, such a lighting, camera angles, and story boarding in order to create wondrous videos. Makers will learn to bring inanimate objects to life with personality and emotion, and even be able to take home their videos once they're completed them!
This camp is great for those new to the technique and also offers opportunities for experienced makers to continue developing their production skills.
Participants must currently be 9 years to 11 years old.

Flash, Flicker and Glow! This week, makers will learn the fundamentals of creating a lit circuit and coding it using an Arduino Nano to make it change colours. Makers will have the choice of creating a glowing lantern or flower, capable of lighting up their room at night!
Participants must currently be 7 years to 12 years old.
This week, Makers will learn the fundamentals of creating a 3D model capable of being posed once it's been printed out! They'll learn the difference between a joint, a socket, and an articulated model versus a static model. They'll even be able to make a figure to take home with them!
Participants must currently be 13 years to 16 years old.

This week, makers are going to be challenged to design and build solutions for a myriad of problems. Stuck on a deserted island with only duct taps and some trees? Trapped in a cave with only a crowbar? Rogue vending machine sending out tasty snacks? And there's plenty more where that came from. Once they've come up with a solution, makers will use LEGOs to work through their solutions with creative uses of engineering principles.
