Description

The Fun Stuff:

Let's get ready to battle! Create a round-based multiplayer game where players compete to be the last player left. Customize your game with different game mechanics such as unique weapons, platforming obstacles, or visual themes.  Learn how to monetize your assets (charge Robux and get paid!).

The Nitty Gritty Details:

  • Learn how to apply animation, for loops, global scripts, and client/server events
  • Understand the coding architecture of round based games, including how to cleanup and reset to making looping gameplay.
  • Implement events to create cause and effect relationships between scripts.
  • Implement arrays to manage and manipulate players 

 

 

Note this class has prerequisites:

You must have taken Roblox Level 1 Obbeys and Roblox Level 1: Adventure Game courses in order to attend this class.

This workshop consists of 4 weekly, 2 hour sessions as scheduled below:

  • Wednesday, January 20
  • Wednesday, January 27
  • Wednesday, February 3
  • Wednesday, February 10
